Celebrate with the Sentinels! - Double IP/XP!

The Singapore Sentinels would like to thank all of you guys for your support, without which the Sentinels would never have achieved such a resounding victory over the Taipei Assassins (TPA) last weekend during the Garena Premier League. You guys always knew they would win in their next clash (and we know because we asked you in Episode 2 of In The League!), and  win they did, with the knowledge of your faith providing just the boost they needed.

 

 

For the uninitiated, the Sentinels, or SGS for short, are Singapore’s representative in the Garena Premier League, where six countries battle it out for the $40,000 prize pool. Following the victory over the league’s leader, SGS is now tied with TPA for first place and looks set to blaze through the rest of the season.

 

SGS has only had two defeats out of 14 games so far—both in matches against TPA. The first match saw TPA dominating the entire game, but SGS was so close to downing TPA’s nexus in the second only to see one crucial mistake by Chawy turning the tide round to TPA’s favour. Both Chawy and SGS redeemed themselves this time round with 20 spectacular kills to 5 deaths, and Chawy, Tofu and Equivocal not suffering a single one. You can watch the match right here:

 

 

To celebrate their well-deserved victory, we are having a double IP and XP boost this weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) from 12pm to 7pm, stopping just in time for you to watch the GPL matches at 8. We are also having a 50% sale for three of the Champions and skins played by SGS.
