The KL Hunters have their work cut out for them this weekend, as they go up against the Saigon Jokers in a match that will have them protecting their hard earned third place in the league table.

The New SAJ: The Dark Horse of the League

Before the Garena Premier League officially began, the Jokers beat the Hunters, clinching the third place in the Community Shield; since then they’ve been given the title of the dark horse in the league. In addition to that, the Jokers have recently strengthened their lineup, adding two top Vietnam players, ZhaoJun and NIXWATER. The new and improved SAJ have made their mark, decisively beating the Bangkok Titans and Manila Eagles last weekend.

The New KLH: Hunting Down the Dark Horses

Ever since the community shield, much has changed, with the Hunters bouncing back and beating the Jokers in their last clash. Still thirsty for revenge, the Hunters are all set to secure their top 3 league standing this weekend, widening the gap between them and SAJ or MLE, who are tied in fourth place. Team captain Golden, a talented AP player, will be putting NIXWATER to the test in the middle lane, while rising star JaeYoong, the newest member of the KL Hunters, is ready to decimate the Jokers’ bottom lane with his signature aggressive play that leaves all but the best AD players dead, or about to be.

It will certainly be an interesting weekend for Kuala Lumpur, as the Hunters go on the prowl to hunt down their nemeses, the elusive Jokers.
